RAGES was founded in 2000 by Ralph Genang, a dedicated and passionate entrepreneur with first class expertise in E-learning and E-commerce.

Ralph and the rest of the team at Rages are passionate about improving the way people share and create knowledge.

In 1997 he organised the first LIVE internet courses for Delft University of Technology whereby students could follow a live streamed course and interact with the teacher in real time from anywhere in the world.

From 1998 - 2001 he has been speaker at many conferences and leading universities around the world to present his "Rethinking Education" project focussed on "Learner Centred Learning" and transforming learners to teachers and teacher to learners.

From 2001 onwards he has travelled the world to work with educators, pupils, students, professionals, publishers and technology providers around the world focusing on how individuals can benefit from connecting with learners and how technology can enhance learning and professional development.
